Polish Chamber of Funds and Asset Management (IZFiA)

The Polish Chamber of Funds and Investment Management is the independent and only organization in Poland representing asset managers and investment funds, and it was established pursuant to Article 70 of the Act of Investment Funds.

Regulatory Info

Normative regulations describing the activity of investment funds have existed in Poland since 1991. Currently investment funds operate on the basis of the May 27, 2004 Act of Investment Funds and other implementing acts.
