Dutch Fund and Asset Management Association (DUFAS)

Purpose

The Dutch Fund and Asset Management Association promotes the collective interests of asset managers - whether Dutch or foreign - operating in The Netherlands and to promote and maintain adequate functioning of the market for collective and individual asset management in and from the Netherlands.

Membership

DUFAS has 52 members, representing more than 90% of the total assets under management.

Regulatory Info

The Act on Financial Supervision, and its Royal Decrees (not available in English).

Supervisory authorities are the Dutch Central Bank, and the Authority for the Financial Markets.
